Its wonderful parks including facilities for skate boarding and dogs. Wonderful fishing such as bass fishing in Lake Mead and trout fishing in the many lakes to the north and on the Colorado River.

In 2006 the average price of a resale home in Las Vegas was up 1.8% over the previous year through November. Inventory levels are currently dropping for a high of 23,000 homes in July of 2006.

The Cities of the Las Vegas Valley are for the most part less than 20 years old and the real estate has been planned with modern lifestyle amenities included. Most developed Las Vegas real estate is also for the most part 20 years old or less which means you can find a fantastic lifestyle with modern amenities and services close where every you buy your home.
