This is a list of some of the larger areas and neighborhoods of Las Vegas homes. If you are not from Las Vegas you may find reading through these descriptions and looking at the associated pictures helpful in deciding what types of neighborhoods interest you. From there you can find the zip codes for that area on the zip code map and use that to look at the pricing and demographics of that neighborhood. If you are then still interested you can use the (MLS) search tool to look at homes currently for sale in the area. You can also use the Las Vegas NEW home search tool and via the map narrow the area to look at new Las Vegas homes for sale.

This tool is updated every hour and includes all the Las Vegas real estate that is currently available and listed for sale by any Member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. This means if ANY REALTOR, no matter what company they work for, lists a peace of Las Vegas real estate residential or land then it will be listed here within 48 hours. Las Vegas homes for sale New Home Search Engine tool
As of March 2006 over 360 subdivisions in Las Vegas had new homes for sale. It is impossible for any one Las Vegas real estate agent to keep track of all the Las Vegas new home subdivisions. This tool does that for us and for you. It allows you to search exclusively for New Las Vegas homes for sale. The builders of these subdivisions list their products in this search engine to help Agents and their Buyers find homes that interest them.
Warning: If you go into a new home subdivision without a real estate agent to represent you on your first visit you will become a customer of the agent representing the subdivision YOUR NOT A CLIENT! It is the builders agents job to extract the most money they can from you while making you feel like they care about your interests. Call me before you go out looking and lets get you representation. If you go in before and the builders agent recognizes you or you register, you would then have to hire an agent and pay them out of YOUR pocket if you wished help in negotiating with the Builders Agent. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP! Call me and lets go looking together and then they will have to pay for your agent representation.
