These are the Las Vegas Pre-sale condo pages. These Henderson and Las Vegas condos are in various stages of reservation and in some cases are going straight to contract, BUT are not yet under construction. A project is generally in the pre-sale area until it can convert 70% of its total building capacity to hard contracts with at least 10% cash down from its Buyers. The developer can then qualify for their construction financing and begin building.
I you like to buy at a price in a condo project when it is at its lower points then these are the condo pages for you.

Las Vegas Central has yet to release much information about the high rise project they are building. What is known is that it will sport two 47 story high rise buildings.
