This group of Las Vegas high-rise and luxury condos are in the planning stages. Some of these condo projects in the lower red section have been either canceled totally or set aside for development at a later date. I you MUST be one of the very first to purchase in a project then this is the area to shop and become familiar with. These projects range from nothing more than an idea with a piece of land to final approval stages with various government entities. All Las Vegas condo projects must go through this stage before they can start taking reservations or making pre-sales.
