Place a "Prudential Americana Group, Realtors" sign on your property with a brochure box in your front yard.
Place a lock box on your front door and advertise to the agents that your home is easy to show! (Very important)
Place an information online sign, encouraging customers to call in for information on your home. It tells them a little bit about the home while I'm being called and connected with them on my cell phone.
Send out just listed post cards to the people in your surrounding area, include web site and video tour information.
Contact the agents by phone or mail that have recently shown homes in the area that are similar to yours.
Reverse market by mail your Las Vegas real estate. (Ask me about this)
Prepare an information sheet for clients viewing your home to take with them. This sheet is more extensive than a simple flyer. It gives them more information to consider about your home.
Place an open house ad in the Review Journal including how they can preview the home and find out more information at www.MaxSellsVegas.com
Place your address at the base of each of my open house signs to make it easier for people to find it. I will also use balloons, (it shows that it is a fresh open house).
