Thank you for your interest in SpaLofts. From the developers that brought you Panorama Towers, The Light Group is now offering a new form of luxury living.

The focus of SpaLofts is to provide an atmosphere that encourages rest and relaxation.

Our 5,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness facility features state-of-the-art equipment, yoga studio, and personal trainers. The spa will offer full body treatments as well as a steam room, Jacuzzi and a relaxation lounge. Additional amenities include two pools, private cabanas, and 15,000 square feet of lush landscaping. SpaLofts offers guard-gated security and underground parking.

Our loft design lends itself to floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing natural light inside each home.  Each loft is fully upgraded featuring European style cabinetry, slate and Brazilian teak wood floors, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and marble baths. Your home will include a 42” plasma screen television and a surround sound home theater system.

There will be a benefits program for owners of SpaLofts that will include VIP access to all of the Light Group nightclubs (Light, Jet, Caramel, Mist) and restaurants (Fix and Stack) as well as any future venues in Las Vegas.  We are currently taking reservations. $15,000 holds your unit, and is refundable until we go to contract in November. Construction will begin in January 2007 and be complete first quarter of 2008.

SpaLofts will be located 4 miles west of the strip, with excellent freeway access to the strip and the airport.
