12/22/2006- Spanish View Towers to push forward- Spanish View Towers could soon see signs of life. The new luxury condominium project at Buffalo Road and the 215-Beltway quickly stalled after breaking ground in February. Now there are nearly $30 million in mechanics' liens filed against the job, hurting its ability to press ahead.
April 2006- Thanks to a partnership between Spanish View Towers and Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club, residents can now add golf to their amenity list. The golf course is one of the oldest private 27 hole courses in Las Vegas designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr..
