Association fee's are $340 per month for studios and $680 per month for 1 bedroom units.

Hotel service fee for the units in the rental pool or rented short term will be used maintain the common areas and service and are $200 month for the studios and $250 per month for the 1 bedroom. The hotel will then take a 10% marketing fee of any rental. It then gives 60% of the remaining fee to the owner and retains 40% . This is just a rough outline of the program and you should request a copy of the complete program before considering a purchase based on the rental program.

Dec. 2006- Completion is set for mid-2007 for the third and final tower of The Residences at MGM Grand. The second 40-story tower was recently completed. The first tower debuted in June. Less than 90 of the 1,727 suites remain.
