Residential choices will include Veer, a condominium-only project and two condominium developments that will be built on top of hotels.

VDara is a free-standing condo-hotel to be built on the site. VDara, is a 1,543-unit condominium-hotel with units ranging from 500 square feet to 1,850 square feet. VDara will be built between Bellagio and the CityCenter hotel-casino.

The Veer leaning towers will house 810 loft-style condominiums, measuring 36 stories above Las Vegas Boulevard and serving as the gateway to MGM CityCenter.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel at CityCenter will include 400 hotel suites and more than 200 condominium residence units for the international jet set buyer. These top the Mandarin Hotel and promise to be some of Las Vegas' "trophy properties".

The MGM Mirage $7 billion dollar project, Project CityCenter, will be developed on the old Boardwalk Casino site. The new hotel/condominium project will boast over 2,800 luxury condominiums. This project has been deemed one of the largest and most expensive construction project ever attempted. The condominium units of Project CityCenter are going to be carefully arranged with 400 units targeted for the international market, 300 apartment style units, two smaller towers consisting of 400 units, and a larger tower consisting of over 1,500 units. Along with all of the condominiums the project will sport two 400 room boutique hotels and a hugh 60 story 4,000 room hotel and casino.

1/21/2007- CityCenter plan is enough to leave you speechless - Sprawling over a good 30 feet - miniature buildings, cars, trucks and roads struck from clay and balsa and glue and plastic. From the Jetson-esque, circular offramp-thing on Harmon Avenue meant to enable drivers to valet their cars with ease, to the spaceship-shaped lighting pods lining a pool of fanning waters, to a roof designed to be a work of art from on-high, there are too many variables to comprehend.

CityCenter's residential sales pavilion will open on Jan. 2, 2007. There are four planned residential offerings for the new mixed-use development, including: the Veer Towers, a pair of 37-story glass towers comprised of over 700 modern condominiums residences, designed by architect Helmut Jahn; the Vdara Condo Hotel, a 50-story tower design by RV Architects that will be situated between the Bellagio and the CityCenter's planned gaming hotel; the KPFArchitects-designed Residences at the Mandarin Oriental, which will feature 227 condominiums atop the 400-room hotel; and the Harmon Hotel & Residences, designed by London-based Foster and Partners, which will feature 228 condos, ranging from 800 to 4,200 square feet. The center of the development will no doubt be the Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed, 60-story, 4,000-room hotel and casino.
