December 6, 2005 Del American announced that it has received approval from Clark County and secured its building permit for Bella Venezia. Del American has retained Summit Builders of Nevada as the General Contractor for Bella Venezia I and II. Summit Builders is now mobilizing on the site. Once positioned they will begin underground utility installation and move forward with footings and foundation.
