$850 million Village at Queensridge is a twenty nine acre mixed-use development with 700,000 sq. ft. of retail, office space, restaurants, entertainment and includes 340 residential condos. The project is estimated to be completed in 2008.
In total 450,000 sq. ft. of this project is going to be developed for retail and restaurants. A variety for both shopps and diners is key to the project plans. Dining options will include sophisticated restaurants along side cafes and more moderate dining choices such as cupcake shop and gelateria specialty shops.
The Village at Queensridge is located at Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive next to Boca Park Shopping Center and on the eastern edge of Summerlin, in the master-planned community of Queensridge, just 11 miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip.
