Max's real estate experience

Max Schmidt is currently a Broker/Salesman in Las Vegas real estate licensed by the State of Nevada and member of the National Realtors Association, the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors and the Nevada Realtors Association.

Max is an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) with the National Association of Realtors and is certified to act on behalf of Buyers and represent them in their best interests.

Max is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) completing extensive education and other criteria that only the top 3% of all Realtors have reached in the United States.

Max is one of the few certified e-Pros in the Las Vegas Market. e-Pro is a certification of an Internet Professional. This certification is awarded by the National Realtors Association to realtors who are "recognized as a leader in the practice of Online Real Estate."   With the complexities of internet real estate sales, it is important to rely on experienced professionals who are skilled in using this important business media.

Max has been in home sales and marketing for over 25 years.

Max has been involved with over 1,500 home transactions during the course of his 32 years in the housing industry.

As a general contractor, Max developed subdivisions, built and remodeled homes, and marketed residential real estate. 

Max was a Utah State committee member for researching, writing and testifying on contractor licensing and has been a reviewer for state contractor qualifying exams.

Max attended the University of Utah, is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute, and a certified trainer with M.H.I., a national organization for new home sales.

Max was co-owner and manager of a Utah marketing firm that averaged 360 homes in yearly sales. His company was the recipient of the coveted Fleetwood "Circle of Excellence Award."  In 1995 Max sold the company to a New York Stock Exchange corporation.  He has since relocated to the warmth of  the Las Vegas Valley and is ready to help you buy or sell your next Las Vegas home.
