One of the newest Communities in the area it is located off the 215 Belt route in the northwest quadrant of the Valley. This Master planned development currently contains over 1,905 acres and is projected to contain about 7,000 residence upon completion.

Perhaps the most family-friendly aspect of the Aliante community are in it's public areas: The 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 championship public golf course, a large 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, there is also a man-made lake with waterfalls, a dinosaur discovery area and the water play areas, an outdoor stage, a lighted soccer field, lighted tennis courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis courts and a volleyball stadium. You simply cannot beat the number of activities that Aliante offers for active families.
Other great features include a natural arroyo which is perfectly suited to the outdoor types, and 24 miles of lighted concrete trails top off the activity options or just hang out in one of the two public parks.
Of course, in addition to all the outdoor fun, Aliante provides shopping, dining and entertainment venues within the community. Aliantes Centennial Center, at I-215 and I-95, is a 900,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center that includes a Home Depot, Wal-Mart Super Center, Office Max, Sam's Club, Dress Barn, Circuit City, Hallmark, Petco, Ross Dress For Less, Famous Footwear, Lane Bryant, Payless Shoe Source, Centennial Salon and Day Spa, Michael's Arts and Crafts and Sally's Beauty Supply. This complex also has a number of other restaurants, fast food outlets, specialty shops, and an auto mall. Approximately 100 acres are planned for Commercial development.
Outside of Aliante, the Las Vegas Speedway is nearby and is easily accessed via the beltway. Also nearby are the Texas Station which has movie theaters along with the Sante Fe Hotel & Casino which also offers ice skating.
