PINNACLE PEAKS Neighborhood Las Vegas

The Pinnacle Peaks community is located west of Rainbow Boulevard and the railroad, south of Warm Springs Road, and north of Pebble. The community is contains approximately 1,485 acres.

The Pinnacle Peaks neighborhood will have approximately 5,200 residential units with supporting commercial areas. The Pinnacle Peaks Development Agreement stipulates provisions for certain public facilities, in addition to other infrastructure improvements and impact mitigation including:

Contributed $675,000 to Clark County for public services
Contributed a 2.5 acre site for Clark County public services
Completed street and utility improvements for a middle school
Acquire and dedicate two acres for an elementary school

As of 2002 approximately 1,500 residential units had been built in the Pinnacle Peaks Neighborhood.
