Built in 1989 through 1999 by the Del Webb Corporation famous for Sun City Arizona. This was the first Sun City in Southern Nevada and is one of the most popular age-restricted communities in the whole U.S.! This community boasts over 14,000 residents and is located on 2,400 acres on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley. This project contains over 7,500 homes which range in square footage from 1,050 to over 3,800 sq. ft.. Most of these homes are single level and are from 1 to 4 bedroom, 1 to 3 baths. Lot sizes can range from 1,500 sq.ft. to over 21,000. Home price ranges in 2006 ran from $293,000 to almost $3,000,000.

Because this community is age restricted all owners and occupants must have at least one member 55 years of age or older living in the home.

Eagle Crest Golf Course-18 hole public course- The executive-length layout makes this course a great place for a quick 18.
Highland Falls Golf Club -18 holes semi-private- Par 72 with quick greens, wonderful views of the Las Vegas valley and play over water features and around desert canyons.
