I am often asked: "What do you do to handle the heat in Las Vegas, its so hot there." Well what do you do when the snow is on the ground and your arthritis is acting up? Most people respond that they stay indoors and medicate. I don't need the medication as it is seldom cold enough here in Las Vegas that my arthritis acts up and when its to hot I do the same thing that people in the cold areas of the country do, I stay indoors.

Three months a year it gets warm in Las Vegas. After a few years of living here most people find that they acclimate quite well. They find that with virtually everything having air conditioning it isn't near as big a deal as dealing with the snow and cold weather can be. If you want to go for a walk or work in the garden do it early in the mourning when the temperatures are more moderate. If your going swimming do it in the hottest part of the day and enjoy! Go to a casino for a little bingo or gaming, enjoy one of the many world class shows.
